COURSE DESCRIPTION
This two-days Project Risk Management Foundation course provides participants the fundamental knowledge in the processes, tools and techniques in project risk management. This course introduces a systematic and proactive approach to take control of the project and discuss the best practices in risk management as defined by Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
This course also incorporate the Project Risk workshop uses the Project Risk Board Game as learning tool, to introduce the concept, processes, and risk management to the participants.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This course is designed for those who involve in risk identification, analysis, and planning. Suitable for everyone involves in a project, i.e. project sponsors, executives, project manager, team members, and other project stakeholders.
