COURSE DESCRIPTION
This five-days Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Prep. Course provides participants the knowledge and structured approach in managing projects. Real-life scenarios and practices are studied and discussed during the training. This course is aligned to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Unique features of this course include games, contests, case studies, exercises and other tools to help you understand-not memorize the material. This course will also assist in finding and documenting the gaps in the knowledge of the participants. Participants will leave the class feeling confident with what they already know while at the same time knowing and understand exactly what you need to improve on in your daily project management work.

The five-day course is an intensive course that will stress on the various Project Management processes and knowledge areas that will be required for sitting the PMP® exam. Through this course, participants will not only be exposed to general exam preparation but also learning techniques and various methods on how to deal with more detailed processes, tricky exam questions and how to answer them.
PRE-REQUISITES
You should have at least 3 years of project management exposure and preferably have about 10-15 hours of dedicated project management training prior to taking this course. Those with more experience should attend with a fresh learning perspective towards the course.
