COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is a one-day session that enables Executives to have the fundamental understanding of the Project Management Framework and current best practices in Project Management.
The course is aligned to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
- Managers and Executives or non-project personnel dealing with Project Managers and other project stakeholders.
- Other company professionals not directly involved in projects itself, e.g. Human Resources, Finance, Sales or Administration, with many interfaces and dealings with project managers and project teams.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
The 8-hour course is designed as a “quick” update to Executives in need of a broad understanding of Project Management, especially if they directly deal with Project personnel in their line of work. Through this course, Executives will better understand the dynamics of the various factors that has influence and impact their projects. In turn, this will definitely affect their company’s objectives and bottom lines.
PRE-REQUISITES
No pre-requisites for the course, although a most basic understanding of how project works would be beneficial.
